Will the mist make my clothes wet?

Not at all. The ultrasonic atomiser produces particles under 15 microns — so fine they evaporate before touching fabric. You feel cool, not damp.

What water should I use?

Regular tap water or mineral water work perfectly. Avoid distilled water as it can clog the ultrasonic head over time.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 22 hours on fan-only mode, 3.5–8 hours with mist active depending on speed. The LED display shows exact battery remaining.

Can I use it while it's charging?

Yes — the FlowMini works fully while plugged into USB-C. Perfect for desk use.

What are the 3 modes?

Handheld: hold it like a phone, point it at your face.
Neck mode: clip the lanyard and wear it hands-free.
Desk stand: fold it 190° and place it on your desk.

Do you ship to France?

Oui ! We ship across the UK and France. French orders arrive in 7–14 business days. All packaging includes a bilingual guide (EN/FR). VAT included — no customs surprises.

How do I return my order?

Yes — 1 year manufacturer warranty on all BRZLY™ products. If anything goes wrong, we'll replace it free of charge.
